Jamie Hilder is a Vancouver-based artist and critic whose work deals with issues surrounding performance, urbanism, and economics. He is currently completing a doctoral dissertation on the international concrete poetry movement in the Department of English at UBC. He has exhibited and published work locally and internationally, most recently in “Coming Soon,” the inaugural exhibition of Simon Fraser University’s Audain Gallery.
Jamie Hilder will discuss his year-long endurance project “The Miracle Mile” in relation to past and recent projects.
